10 December 2011 Great product poor delivery Great products and good prices. Very disappointed that was being asked to pay delivery charge of ¡ê25 to deliver 2 cupboard knobsto the Isle of Skye. Even when I put in a Highland postcode on the mainland it was the same. In the end I had to get them delivered to my mother in law in Glasgow who then had to post them up. It's such a shame because this kind of thing really disappoints customers and puts them off. Especially when products are good. We should not be penalised for living in the Highlands. It's all UK. And couriers I know can charge more which means the supplier needs to pay more, but can't 2 cupboard knobs not be posted via Royal Mail?

Superb advice and quick, accurate deliveryI bought a hockey stick for my son but did not have the first clue about what to buy. I initially intended to just use the site for buying advice but it was so helpful that I viewed the sticks as well. Found the one I needed and at a good price. A very pleasant Christmas experience!
