1.Arrange wheels on work surface to create the look you want. Place cutting wheels to the outside of embossing wheels. Add spacers between wheels to fill the width of the 4 inch roller.
2.Sde wheels and spacers on the roller.
3.Position washer and wing nut on end of roller to secure the sheels.
4.Use a rolng pin to roll our fondant 1/8 inch thick on your roll and cut mat. Roll the ribbon cutter / embosser roller over fondant in any direction. We suggest brushing the assembled roller with icing for easy release of fondant.> EPC_HOA_836>
