---One satisfied customer!I have used Gear Zone many times and am impressed by their service standards - never had any problems, reponse is prompt and efficient. Last order was for something for my husband's birthday and I had left it a little late due to being away on holiday - I placed my order on the Wednesday morning, resigned to the idea that it would not get here on time - the parcel arrived less than 48 hours later and bang on time for my hubbie's birthday. Very grateful - thank you!The only point I would like to raise with the company concerns their website - it would be very useful if you could get a preview of the cpolours available - I had to go to another website to view the actual colours on offer so that I knew what I was actually ordering.

Amazing customer service!I had a minor issue with a product I ordered and so contacted Barrington Sports about this by email. A day or so later I received a telephone call from a Director about my issue and he dealt with it in a prompt, effecient and very friendly way which is without doubt the best customer experience I have ever had following an problem. The actual online purchase itself was very easy and delivery extremely quick. The issue wasn't really Barrington Sports fault but they dealt with it amazingly and I commend them for this. With this kind of service they will have many years of success with many very happy customers.
