---Good as long as you don't have to return anythingIn general service is prompt, and they provide good value for money. However, I was unfortunate before xmas in that they sent me an item of the wrong size (i.e. not the size I had requested), and I had a bit of a mare getting it replaced. They didn't respond to any of my emails, and it took several attempts to get to speak to someone who would do anything. In the end I had to have a refund. I was a bit disappointed.

The item looks okThe packaging was totally snapped in half. Two pieces instead of one. As a result of which I have yet no idea. the stick is a gift for my son and will not be used before Jan 5th. What damage has been impacted to the stick is yet unknown but the impact to the pckaging has been enormous.

---Good but could have been betterOrdered one walking pole then decided to order another. Website said I couldnt combine the orders. So paid two lots of p&p but they actually arrived in one package. Would have been nice if I was only charged one lot of p&p.
