Good choice,Great delivery!A good choice of stock, although not every size always available. Surely a search by size available would make finding your wellies a lot easier?Delivery by DPD was excellent. Texts saying when they will deliver and an option to leave at neighbours by text took all the hassle out of waiting for a delivery. I have to return my wellies (dont fit quite right), so will see what the exchange procedure is like but so far so good.

Efficient serviceThe special offer price was fantastic and I thought 'oh I'll be waiting forever cos this is too good to be true' However, my boots were delivered within a couple of days.I was pleasantly surprised to recieve the boots in the original packaging (unlike other online retailers that I've purchased boots from).The returns policy was clearly explained...but I'm keeping them!I will happily order from Shoetique again and have already recommended them to my Facebook friends and family.

FRIENDLY FOOTPEOPLE WHO CARE Very efficient order system, great to have next day delivery. Dissapointed when the shoe's arrived in my normal size but they were to big. Rang Shoetique and got some helpful advice. I was also given the telephone number of the shoe manufacturer to contact them direct with regard to size advise. Would be good to have a guide as to how the various styles fit with a brief bit of information about foot widths etc. Asked for an exchange. Hope the same efficiency in receiving the replacement.

Great service every time, quality shoes at great prices!I have ordered from Shoetique 3 times now and have found the service to be excellent. It is very easy to on line and by phone (which I did once as I had a query about size) and the lady was extremely helpful. I have now bought 4 pairs of Fitflops and couldn't be happier with them.
