Smooth once we got over a hurdle.Had a small delay caused by a mismatch between my billing address and delivery address. There was a 24hr delay in Barrington getting in contact with me, which was frustrating. Tried calling a couple of times before finally getting through to them. Once that happened we resolved the problem, and the goods arrived very quickly.

23 December 2011 <br/>Great qualitiy and delivery - design could have been better placed however I ordered a mug, fairly last minute, as a xmas present. Found the website and the design of the mug easy to navigate. Really impressed with the quality of the wording, picture and mug. My only concern is that the picture is situated on just 2 thirds of the mug meaning there is a large area of blank space. i did ask for it to be wrapped around. I would definitely use this company again but next time i will be more likely to go with the two sided design. Cost and delivery were both fantastic.

Excellent and prompt serviceI ordered my wellies on a Friday, and it said it would take 2-5 days to arrive not counting weekends, and they arrived on Monday!! I also had plenty of emails informing me of the date and time of delivery as well as progress. Would definitely recommend this company and order from them again.

---Excellent customer serviceHad entered card details wrong when ordering but this was quickly resolved by phone and received goods when expected... Goods however differed from what I expected, again excellent customer service, was problem with supplier, website was updated and offered a free return if I wanted... Liked them anyway so have just kept.Website easy to use and gear is all at excellent prices
