Fab ServiceItem exactly as described on Amazon. Was sent emails detailing when posted and expected delivery date (which were spot on) and then another email confirming delivery.Packaged fabulously and will definately use again.

We're sorry you're not happy with your purchase. Looking through your order history, you ordered exactly the same shoes 3 months ago. The image on our website was provided directly from the brand, FitFlop. They use exactly the same image and also ask all FitFlop retailers to use this image, to ensure accuracy and consistency. The style is now in clearance but it has been one of our best ever selling shoes. This is the first such feedback we've had about the image. As with any piece of feedback like this we have discussed it with the person you spoke to. She says she was merely stating the picture is as advertised but you wouldn't accept that and continued to challenge her. There was no spiel involved, she was just trying to help. She did also say you could return them for a refund or an exchange if you weren't happy with them. We hope the second pair of shoes are to your liking. Many thanks Stuart

24 June 2012 Great Value, good products and fast delivery We ordered some new kitchen handles to refresh the look in our kitchen. Items were far cheaper than DIY stores and there is no reduction in quality. Fast delivery aswell.
