Fast efficient serviceMy husband decided at the last minute that he would like walking boots for Christmas. I ordered a pair on Christmas Eve and they arrived the day after Boxing Day I was very impressed.

Not satisfiedI still havent received my refund for my shoes it has been now almost 3months. Contacting the customer services was a huge mistake, conversation turned into an argument at one point i was called stupid by the lovely customer services assistant.

Its the service that matters the most!I actually emailed easy wellies to show my appreciation for their brilliant service! I ordered a pair of leather wellies that I have been looking for for a long time on other sites but refused to pay their prices, not only were easy wellies a damn site cheaper they delivered within 24 hours without me paying a penny for delivery! I have recommended easy wellies to a few friends now and will continue to do so, excellent service, not often you get that nowadays!!!
