01 October 2012 Gold star service - really helpful with great product knowledge Spoke to one of the team in the first instance to ask about comparable rim and mortice locks as I have a combination of doors. Really helpful, kept me informed of delivery as I needed urgently. Also recommended ano sister company who specialises in supplying productions for listed buildings. Would be happy to recommend on all counts.

Customer service is horrendousOrdered a jacket in my usual uk size, too small. I contacted customer service and asked for assistance with the return shipping as it was obvious the designer runs small -- absolutely not. 00 to return to the uk? Never again
