Nice Quick service but badly packedThe parcel arrived quickly and at the time stated but it was packed poorly, one pair of wellies were in a box, this was badly damaged and the second pair were just rattling around in the outer box. The outside box was fine so I don't think it was the carrier, I think it was the poor packing in the warehouse.

Good ServiceOrdered some Aigle Parcour wellies,very comfortable to wear. I seem to live in them at the moment with this weather. Impressed by the communication by email of order and delivery time. It is also good to be able to speak to someone on the phone I found it more of a pleasure to order that way.
