Happy with service providedI was very happy with the service provided and had a query about payment after I had placed my order which the gentleman who I spoke to was very helpful.The shoes that were ordered were the wrong size so my daughter returned them to the store in London which they were happy to exchange for a half size bigger. The only small comment was that she said when exchanging them she had asked the assistant for advice on the fit and she wasn't very knowledgable regarding how the foot should sit in the shoe etc. which I feel in a specialist market like dance shoes staff should know their product.

Determined to get my items to meAn easy to use website, with an immediate response confirming receipt of the order, and of dispatch, the company then worked on a number of occasions with the delivery agent to get me my parcel. It arrived and I'm very happy with the service.
