Well packed for free fantastic!!!I do a lot of shopping over the Internet and I can say it was a pleasure!! well packed in a lovely box for no extra charge.. I have never used jules B before but will use them again no problem..Thank you Jules B

24 March 2012 I got a great knob for my door Wanted a door knob for my new front door to go with the rest of the brass fittings, it looks very nice and is useful as always was catching my fingers on the key latch. Lots of lovely compliments.

Great Value, Excellent ServiceI ordered FitFlops and got them at a great price. They arrived very quickly and I could trace the parcel the whole way. I will be shopping here again.

---Very dissatisfied.I purchased a pair of boots more than a month ago and even though my credit card was charged at the time of purchase I have yet to see the boots. When I emailed my query I was sent a email generated generic reply confirming that the order had been dispatched. In other words it's no longer our problem! I will no longer use this site and I will no longer recommend it to family and friends.

Excellent servicewe ordered two pairs of wellies first thing in the morning. At lunchtime, we had a phone call to say that the colour we ordered for one pair was not available, but we were offered an alternaitve. The wellies arrived the next day and as we are based in Scotland, that represents excellent service!
